Comfort Suites Salisbury I-85

Staff, comfort, facilities. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable

I was extremely dissatisfied in the morning when I received my bill under the door, I paid $126.00 for this room and my bill stated it did not qualify for my rewards points, I am not sure how much you expect us to pay to qualify???

The stay here was really great for business trip. The location was unbeatable, in the center of town. What's more, it was not far from eateries and a Super Walmart and restaurants.

I love the room the king size bed was so comfortable.

They could of had a computer or work station area besides the one computer by the front desk. Adding this will make it more attractive and easily accessible for business travelers.

The breakfast is good with lots of dishes. The room is good, comes with the hair dryer, pullout couch, the bathroom. Will be back if I go to Salisbury, really enjoyed my really great stay.

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Dirty carpet. Cobwebs. Peeling wallpaper. Stains on furniture looked like bodily fluids. Property has not been updated in a long time. Paid $134 total for one night so expected better. It was no better than a $60 a night room.

room 102 stay wasn't as pleasant as my stay in room 304 last time . room 102 shower head has leaking head spray whole time in it, the wall has holes in it as if tv or picture once was mounted. Workers sat and talked at window till 9:30 PM outside

Comfortable beds. Close to Salisbury, Charlotte, and Lexington. Shower/tub/sink in same room. Microwave and cold fridge. Breakfast ok. Staff friendly.

Lots of traffic noise hotel extremely close to I85. Only 1 TV in the room by the bed. Room partition makes it very hard to see the TV from couch. Suggest second TV.

Exhaust in bath - very loud! Carpet filthy! Hard to find from town. Not clean. Coffee left from day before! only 5 pieces of facial tissue.

The room was clean and modern, but the guest laundry was out of order.

right next to the highway. NOISY the room seemed somewhat dingy and tired looking had to hunt to figure out why lights weren't working. These should be checked before room is ready. (Unplugged)

Arrived back at hotel from evening event at 12 am. Rang bell, went to window, calling out for help. Young woman finally woke up and unlocked door. Had pressure mark on face with disheveled hair. It was obvious she had been asleep. Front area staff rarely at desk, had to call out to get help. Really, please put a bell there so clients don't have to call out for assistance. Only one person working at this place during my stay was friendly and spoke as you entered or left the hotel.

The king suite was very spacious and the bed was comfy. The friendly reception staff were a highlight, ensuring a cute arrival. The breakfast options were limited and could benefit from more variety, and the jacuzzi was not as clean as expected.

The breakfast was fantastic, with choices that kept everyone happy, especially the kids. We enjoyed exploring nearby attractions like the Rowan Museum and the Meroney Theater. The spacious room was a great fit for our large family, including my brother.

For dads, it would be great if the pool hours extended later for family fun.

I had a really nice stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the 24-hour coffee service. The breakfast was decent. I loved the selection and even the popcorn available at night!
